Alliance Membership Application Process
Complete the Membership Application Form
The company must fill out the application form (including the official company seal) and submit a digital copy. Please review the Alliance Membership Agreement to ensure mutual understanding of the terms.
Alliance Approval & Document Mailing
The alliance will review and approve the application within 1-3 business days. Once approved, the signed application form and membership agreement will be mailed to the company’s contact address.
Company Remittance & Contract Signing
Upon receiving the signed documents, the company must complete the payment* within 7-14 business days. The company should also internally sign the membership agreement and notify the alliance once completed.
Payment Confirmation
After receiving the remittance notification, the alliance will confirm the financial transaction with the university within 7-14 business days and issue an invoice.
TMU Contract Signing
Once the membership agreement is received, the alliance will forward it to the university’s Office of Business Affairs for official approval, which will take 10-14 business days**.
Collaboration Kickoff
Upon completion of all steps, the alliance will mail the fully executed membership agreement and invoice to the company, officially launching the collaboration.
