About

Many outstanding research achievements and innovative ideas in Taiwan fail to create value for health and well-being due to the lack of a comprehensive translation and commercialization mechanism. We aim to build a bridge for digital health innovation teams, enabling exceptional ideas to be transformed into practical and viable products and services.

Alliance Origins

Recognizing the immense potential and rapid development of AI and digital health, Professor Yu-Chuan Li of Taipei Medical University, along with experts from TMU’s affiliated hospitals, the Office of Research and Development, the Data Office, the Office of Business Development, and the Medical Simulation Education Center, jointly established the Digital Health Translational Industry-Academic Alliance (DHT). 。

Vision & Mission

The DHT Alliance understands that the journey from innovative concepts and technologies to commercialization is a long one. We aim to establish a comprehensive, cross-disciplinary collaboration platform to help researchers and startup teams develop market-competitive solutions, accelerate their path to success, and truly meet the needs of both clinicians and patients.
